Tom is a seasoned technology veteran, with over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles. Mr. Beckerman is currently focused on the strategic development and marketing of new high growth technology platforms and services for mobile, video, secure ID, voice, blockchain, artificial intelligence, payments and augmented reality.

Prior to founding Prodigy Ventures, Mr. Beckerman played instrumental roles in the development and success of seven other technology, marketing services, financial information and medical device companies. He has created unique technologies and worked with Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Beckerman holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a patent in secure communications technology. Tom is also an Ironman triathlete with a strong interest in health and fitness technologies.

ROBERT MACLEAN

Rob Maclean has served as CEO of Points since co-founding the company in February 2000. His vision has pioneered and delivered a suite of innovative technology solutions, earning a growing number of partnerships with the world’s leading loyalty programs. Under Rob’s leadership, Points has grown from a start-up to become a globally recognized leader: publicly traded on the NASDAQ and TSX, has attracted partners with a combined member base of over 500 million members worldwide, and operates a suite of eCommerce products and services that have transacted more than 88 billion loyalty program points and miles to-date.

Prior to founding Points, Rob recorded an impressive list of leadership roles and achievements with 12 years in the airline and loyalty industry. As Vice President, Sales with Canadian Airlines, Rob led a team of over 250 employees throughout North America, delivering over $2 billion in annual revenue, and was responsible for the airline’s award-winning Canadian Plus loyalty program. Rob has also served as a senior representative on the Oneworld Alliance’s Customer Loyalty Steering Committee.

STEPHEN MOORE

Director

Stephen Moore has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry. He was a Vice President for Burns Fry Ltd., Lancaster Financial Inc. and TD Securities, where he held a number of functional responsibilities including research, sales and trading, and corporate finance. He was a founder and Managing Director of Kensington Capital Partners, a firm specializing in private equity advisory services. He serves as a director of CI Financial Corp. and is a trustee of the Advantaged Preferred Share Trust. Mr. Moore has a B.A. (Economics) and an MBA from Queens University.

Jeffrey Shaul has over 30 years of securities industry experience, including senior positions with major Canadian firms, including Scotia Capital and TD Securities, in such areas as securities underwriting, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and asset management. He founded Robson Capital Management in 2003, an independent investment firm which focuses on developing innovative investment vehicles, and which acts as exempt market dealer, portfolio manager and/or investment fund manager for various domestic and foreign investment funds. Jeff also acts as independent director of offshore funds through Bell Rock Group, a Cayman-based corporate and directorship services firm, and is registered as a Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the CFA Institute and Toronto CFA Society, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

ANATOL VON HAHN

Anatol von Hahn is a venture capitalist, senior international bank executive and board member with over 30 years of board, chief executive officer and executive management experience in North America, Latin America, and Asia. As CEO, and in senior executive positions, Anatol has led banking operations in Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Singapore. He has chaired or served on the boards of seven international banks as well as a number of associations and charities. Anatol’s venture capital interests are focused on emerging fintech companies. He currently sits on the Boards of Unicef Canada, Alma Children’s Foundation and the Ronald McDonald House.

Pierre Roberge is a digital ID and commerce expert, with over 20 years of experience at the forefront of innovation in the fields of digital identity, digital currency, online, mobile and payment marketplaces. Pierre co-founded SecureKey Technologies (a secure online identity and authentication platform), Dexit (the first multi-merchant contactless prepaid service in North America), and Rocket Piggy (a children’s financial literacy and smart, connected platform). Pierre has provided strategic and technology insights and expertise to enterprise clients, including TD Canada Trust, the Royal Canadian Mint, Interac, EnStream, Telus and Intel. Pierre is an advocate for emerging technologies and new ventures. He supports the Canadian start-up and innovation community as a Fintech advisor to the MaRS Innovation Centre.

Jeff Watts is a seasoned Canadian technology leader with a proven track record of success in scaling technology businesses. He brings to Prodigy over 25 years of global experience in direct sales, channels, marketing, and both business and corporate development. This spans large enterprises such as SAP, Xerox and 3Com, running business lines of $300M+, and startups such as Quack.com (acquired by AOL). Jeff’s ability to focus sales execution and to capitalize on market opportunities is well recognized. Having recently completed an assignment as Chief Revenue Officer for a global SAP partner, he brings a unique perspective and skill set to Prodigy. Jeff also serves on several boards in various capacities, including Valucap Investments Inc., where he is the CEO. In these capacities, he has contributed to several successful exits, most recently Locationary (acquired by Apple Corp., 2014) and Elliptic Technologies (acquired by Synopys Inc., 2015).

ANDREW HILTON

Andrew Hilton has provided CFO and corporate secretarial services for a number of public and private companies since 2005 including his role as Chief Financial Officer of Fountain Asset Corp. (TSXV: FA) from 2010 – 2012 Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Doug Woolridge is a leader in complex global technology transformation for the banking, finance, insurance and high tech industries. His expertise includes next generation and emerging technologies, and generating operational excellence without sacrificing legacy frameworks or people.
